Aloe Barbadensis Extract (Aloe Vera) - Containing a number of active biological ingredients, Aloe has been used in herbalism and medicine for centuries. As an ingredient in body products, Aloe is credited with significant ability to soothe, moisturize and heal damaged skin, as well as relieve pain and irritation. Gaea's Botanicals products all contain 10% pure Aloe to maximize these benefits and help you maintain naturally healthy skin.

Allantoin - The FDA classifies Allantoin as a "Safe and Effective" analgesic (pain reliever) and active skin protectant. It is extremely useful for treating dry skin and chapped lips as well as psoriasis and some types of eczema. Allantoin also promotes healing and the growth of healthy new skin cells.

Caprylic Capric Triglycerides - Despite its long intimidating name, this ingredient is derived from coconut oil or palm kernel oil and is composed of "skin-loving" fatty acids. Those fatty acids form a rich, nourishing emollient for the skin as well as having strong penetrative properties that make it an excellent delivery system for natural vitamins and essential oils.

Caffeine - An active ingredient that significantly enhances micro-circulation, caffeine helps reduce tissue swelling and eliminate puffiness around the eyes and face.

Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter) - Another rich natural emollient, Shea Butter is also high in vitamins A and E. While it provides wonderful soothing and softening properties for your skin, natural butters and oils require a short time to soak in completely, usually 2 - 3 minutes.

Glycerin - A natural, vegetable based humectant that helps draw moisture directly into the skin. We use only Kosher, 100% Palm Oil Glycerin.

Persea Americana (Avocado) Oil - A vitamin-rich moisturizer that is very gentle on sensitive skin and has a low chance of clogging pores. Also has good properties as a carrier oil and penetrant.

Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Oil - Similar to Avocado Oil, Sunflower Oil is a gentle moisturizer that also works well as a carrier and penetrant.

Tocopherols (vitamin E) - Our 100% plant-based (think Spinach) vitamin E is an amazingly powerful natural anti-oxidant that helps protect your skin from UV and environmental factors.
